Classes take place each Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except Bank Holidays) between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m.
We will all support you in getting as much out of our sessions as you want, whether you are extending your current fitness levels for sport, returning to training after some time off or starting an exercise programme for the first time.
We are a friendly lot and are great at supporting one another. You'll soon be making friends.
You can join in any or all of the sessions. It is your choice as to when you can make it. Usually there's a different Fitness Instructor taking each Session. So there's plenty of variation in what we do. You can never predict what the session will entail. Come and give it a go! You won't be disappointed.

I have lived in Halewood for the past twenty years. I have been training with Bridgefield for 6 years now, 3 of which as a coach. I think training should be as much about having fun as staying fit. I try and vary my training sessions but will always allow enough time for a proper warm up and cool down. I look to bring in Cardio work, as well as arm, stomach and Core Strength exercises and shuttle runs.
I have been coming to Bridgey keep fit now for approx 25 years. It's always easy to find an excuse for not going but I can guarantee that if you do make the effort you will leave the session with the feeling of "really glad I came tonight"
~ All You Need to Know ~
All classes are held in the Main Hall.
Don't worry if you are a few minutes late, Sessions are very informal so just join in.

It's not a problem. Attend once, twice, three times a week, or once a month. It's your choice.
It doesn't matter. Usually there's a good warm-up period so it's easy to join in as you arrive.
It's a personal choice but certainly don't eat your evening meal before you train. If you feel peckish, have a banana !
There is no need to come in extravagent or expensive kit. Decent training shoes or pumps are more important !
There is no pressure to do 100% of all the exercises in fact you are encouraged to go at your own pace. If you want to put in 100% then you can, but if there are particular exercises you don't like then the instructors will give an alternative exercise you can do instead.
The first class you attend is free.
